Hello All!
Very excited to join your ops/forum and have recruited some colleagues (10) to form an airsoft team "SeisOps". The name comes from our profession, we're in the oil & gas exploration business a Geophysical Seismic company thus SeisOps! We're looking for some guidance as to how to better approach these airsoft ops held periodically. We're currently working in the Fort Worth Basin and for the most geared up lacking some minor details. Hope to see you all at Urgent Fury 2

Cyper, welcome to the TEARS Forum!
Please feel free to ask us about anything Airsoft related here, we will do the best to help out.
Looking forward to meeting you and the rest of SeisOps at UF2.

To repeat, welcome Cyper.
I saw the registration email and was wondering where the team was out of, I even did a little bit of research on geokinetics and saw it was based in Houston. I'm glad to find your team is in the Ft.Worth area though as I am in the Dallas area.
Also, we are honored that you as a team decided to make UF2 your first OP. I think you will find you will not be disappointed. My advice would be to just make sure you know the rules and regs and especially the safety agenda. It's always good to print the map for your and your team.
Another thing just to speed up check in would be to have the teams safety acknowledgement in hand and ready to give to us at the gate. Bring plenty of BB's, water (even though we will have water stations it will be HOT), batteries, backup weapons, tools for gun maintenance, sunscreen if your pale like me and a good attitude!
I look forward to meeting team SeisOps. _________________ TEARS XO

Guys,
Cyper here and myself and what was SEISOPS then attended UF2 back in 2008. Well, we've joined forces with Wolfpack out of San Antonio, TX and are now Wolfpack-Seisops (30 + strong). As Seisops and now Wolfpack, I've attended several ops and skirmish and are returning to UF3 for round 2. Looking forward to sling BB's.
