T.E.A.R.S is a men's military simulation (milsim) Airsoft team operating out of Texas. We have members based in Amarillo, Houston, Abilene, Cross Plains, Rising Star, Spring, San Antonio and DFW metroplex.

We pride ourselves in executing small unit tactics and strategies of the US Army Rangers and US Navy Seals.

Every one of our team members are close friends and hold friendship in T.E.A.R.S to be the utmost of importance. We like to see ourselves as a respected Airsoft community and strive to have the best sportsman like conduct.

T.E.A.R.S participates in local, regional and statewide events.  In 2007 T.E.A.R.S introduced and hosted its first installment of a statewide op series known as Urgent Fury.

AREA OF OPERATIONS

T.E.A.R.S Operations and Training Evolutions are conducted on three private property AO's (TALON, BLACK THORN, and FROG MOUNTAIN) near Abilene, Texas.

SCHEDULE OF OPERATIONS

T.E.A.R.S Training Evolutions are conducted on a quarterly basis through out the year.  This allows us to conduct three to four evolutions, attend a minimum of two Statewide events and host our own Statewide annual event throughout the year.  Routine Team "Stand Down" periods occur during the months of June, July, August, November and December.  Operators are encouraged to remain locally active at their discretion during "Stand Down".

RECRUITMENT

T.E.A.R.S members are required to be men at least 18 years of age. Minors (ages 15-17) are allowed to participate in Team Training Evolutions (TTE) with written parental consent and T.E.A.R.S approval. T.E.A.R.S  participants are responsible for their own safety.
