    My T.E.A.R.S Patch is a symbol of honor and integrity.  Bestowed upon me by the Team, it embodies the trust of those I have joined.   By wearing the T.E.A.R.S Patch I accept the responsibility of Professional conduct with Fun on and off the Battlefield.  It is a privilege that I must earn every day.  

My loyalty to Team and Teammate is beyond reproach.  I conduct myself with Honor and Integrity on and off the battlefield.  The ability to control my emotions and my actions, regardless of circumstance, sets me apart from other Airsofters.  Uncompromising Integrity is my standard.  My Character and Honor are steadfast. My word is my bond. 

We expect to lead and be led.  In the absence of orders I will take charge, lead my teammates and accomplish the mission. I lead by example in all situations.

I will never quit.  I persevere and thrive on adversity.  We demand discipline.  We expect innovation.  The success of our mission depends on me - my technical skill, tactical proficiency, and attention to detail.  My training is never complete.  

We train for Airsoft and fight to win.  I stand ready to bring the full spectrum of combat power to bear in order to achieve my mission and the goals established by my Team.  The execution of my duties will be swift and accurate. 

The spirit of Professionalism with Fun is my guide that will enable me to uphold and demonstrate what T.E.A.R.S represents in all situations and circumstances.  I am a squared away T.E.A.R.S Operator at all times.

We're all about Professionalism with Fun. We don't accept applications.  We accept Honor, Integrity and Commitment!  We ask that candidates skirmish with us three times as our guest. This time allows us to evaluate you and for you to evaluate us. If candidates wish to join the team after this period a vote will be held by the CO, XO, SO or CS of T.E.A.R.S to extend or not to extend an invitation to join us.
